Benefits of Regular Coaching
Parkour is a complex activity that can be extremely rewarding if performed well; by taking regular classes you contribute to a large pool of knowledge and physical gains that you will notice at an alarming rate. Training often with appropriate rest days is proven to increase skill level in any given field, we encourage our student's to apply what they have learnt between classes to better understand their capabilities; but still to have the class to refine their technique with our expertise and safe learning environment on a periodic basis.
Our classes will help you gain solid technique which will be used to save time with trial and error, give you a safe environment weekly to learn movements that are just beyond your comfort zone and help you learn and progress a lot quicker.
