Class length set at 1.5hrs to allow for proper Warm Ups and Cool Downs. It is very important to prepare the body to learn or train Parkour, and just as important to Cool Down the muscles and mind after a good session. This allows students to have a good session tomorrow and tomorrow, without muscle aches and soreness after a lesson.
Tuition content; Warm Up, Ukemi Training, Parkour Specific Movements, Independent Learning and Cool Down.
Indoor with high quality gymnastic equipment, we provide refreshments but we recommend students bring a bottle of water that they can refill.

Although Parkour can seem dangerous or daunting we break it down to the basics and then progress from there to ensure a healthy learning environment.
